After connecting your Xero we will load your invoicing data into the Tradelock insurance page, this may take a few minutes. Once we have synced your data we display a list of your invoices on the insurance page.
To get a quote simply click on the "Quote" button on the right hand side. After identifying the client in our Euler Hermes database, a price will load within seconds.
You only need to identify each client once and will be able to see the price to insure an invoice within seconds.
Please make sure you select the right country for each client and have matched the clients correctly.
Please note: the client matching is only stored in the Tradelock database, this will not affect the information you have about your client in Xero in any way.
If you can't find a client in our database we won't be able to provide invoice insurance. If this happens, please email us and our specialist credit analysts will review further data.
